These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jelly Lean, operated by HN Digital Group LLC. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Jelly Lean.

2. Description of Service

Jelly Lean is a digital nutrition organization and meal planning tool. It allows users to plan meals, save recipes, track daily weight, and organize healthy eating habits. Jelly Lean is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jelly Lean. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Payments and Refunds

Jelly Lean is offered for a one-time payment of $39 USD. This grants you access to the features available at the time of purchase, including future updates made generally available to purchasers.

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with Jelly Lean, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting us. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Jelly Lean for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage the service or its infrastructure.
• Share, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
• Use the service to store or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials provided through Jelly Lean are owned by HN Digital Group LLC or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the app. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and display that data as needed to operate the service.

Jelly Lean is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Any nutrition, weight, or lifestyle decisions you make should be discussed with qualified healthcare professionals where appropriate.

Jelly Lean is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, HN Digital Group LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HN Digital Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Jelly Lean. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Jelly Lean at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clovis, New Mexico.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Jelly Lean after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
